SKUvantage was very excited to collaborate with Wholesale Satin Robes on some lookbook fashion photography for their website. Lookbook fashion photography is the perfect photography method to show how the products fit on a person. Contrary to standard e-commerce photography, lookbook fashion photography uses a variety of different poses and props to highlight the colours, styles, and wearability of the garments. Lookbook fashion photography looks brilliant in a range of online channels such as websites and social media pages as it engages potential buyers.
For this particular photoshoot, Wholesale Satin Robes required a front, back and close up shot of all their sleepwear items. The client was heavily involved in the shoot, despite not physically being there. Through a big spreadsheet, multiple reference images and video conferencing, the client was able to give direction and ensure the photos turned out exactly the way they wanted them to. Here at SKUvantage, we are very proud of the trust there is between us and our clients, and the fact that many of our clients elect to not be present during the shoot is a tribute to that.
