Net contentMandatoryNet content refers to the amount of product contained in a package or container, after accounting for any empty space, packaging material or liquid overlay. It represents the weight, volume, or count of the actual product that a consumer is purchasing. Net content is typically displayed on the label of a product.

For example, the net content for a pack of 10x330ml could be 3.3 litres or 10 piece, whereas the net weight would be approximately 3.3kg. The measurement units used for net content can vary depending on the product, but are usually expressed in standard units such as milliliter, liter, gram, kilogram, piece or pair. Canned products, we use the net content no the drained mass.

Input a value in ONE column (N-S). Note the corresponding unit of measure in row 6 for each of the columns (milliliter ∣ mL, liter ∣ L, gram ∣ g, kilogram ∣ kg, piece ∣ pce, Pair ∣ PAIR)

FAQs

Uber Eats are partnering with major grocery and liquor retailers to deliver groceries via their website and app.

The content shared with Uber Eats via SupplierXM (SXM), will be used on the Uber Eats Canonical Catalog, Uber Eats’s new source-of-truth.

No, Uber Eats will only ever deal through retailers who distribute your product/s.

Uber Eats will never directly engage with you to source products.

All product pricing, stock availability and location is managed by the retailer directly with Uber Eats.

The content shared through SKUlibrary/SupplierXM (SXM) will flow into Uber Eats Canonical Catalog housed on SXM.

In parallel, retailers send their catalogues to Uber with a GTIN, stock and price, to be sold through the app.

If a product received by a retailer has a GTIN match for a product in Uber’s internal catalog, the information received from SXM will be shown in that retailer’s catalog in the product PDP in the Uber Eats app.

For example; if a supplier has updated artwork, once that is shared with Uber Eats, it will be displayed immediately on the Uber website and app giving supplier control over their product content.

Using the Uber Eats direct connections will help suppliers:

Get to market faster: Speed up the process by always meeting Uber Eat’s product content requirements with automated delivery when publishing to the Uber Eats catalogue.

Control your brand image: Ensure your product images and descriptions are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Increase conversions: Drive an increase in sales and conversion rates by building a great consumer shopping experience.
