Everything You Need to Know About Pricing Updates

Suppliers can update pricing at specific times during the year when the pricing fields become writable in SKUlibrary. You will receive a notification from the Managed Services Team at Salsify on the opening date of each pricing window. This reminder will include instructions to update your pricing for the upcoming quarter.

When Can I Update My Pricing?

Refer to the table below for the pricing update schedule. It provides details on the financial quarter, window opening and deadline dates, and the effective date for updated pricing.

Key Points to Remember:

    • You can only update your pricing during the Pricing Update Window.

    • Ensure all updates are completed by the Pricing Deadline to avoid invoice discrepancies.

    • Updated pricing becomes effective on the date specified in the Pricing Effective From column.

How Do I Update My Pricing?

Review

To review your pricing you can either:

  • Complete the Request Pricing Review Form below, an extract of all products in CW SKulibrary with the current and upcoming quarter pricing will be emailed to you; or
  • Log in to SKUlibrary to review pricing for your products individually.

 
Change

  • Update the Pricing Extract Template sent to your email (if requested).
  • Update your products individually in SKUlibrary (make sure you click “Save after actioning the changes). No further steps are required.

 

Update

  • If no updates are needed, please let us know in the Pricing Upload Form below. Your previous quarter pricing will be rolled over at the end of the pricing window.
  • If updates are required, submit your updating Pricing Extract Template through the Pricing Upload Form below.

Frequently Asked Questions

To add new products to the Countrywide Catalogue in SKUlibrary, follow these steps:
  1. Please fill out the creation template and ensure all mandatory product information (highlighted in pink) is completed.
  2. Submit the completed template to [email protected]
  3. Please ensure you complete pricing for the current financial year quarter.
To confirm the correct financial year quarter please refer to the pricing table above.
 
*Note the Countrywide code (COWD_123456) will be generated by Salsify during product creation, please leave this field blank.

To delete products submit a ticket at the bottom of this page or email [email protected]

If you can’t see products in your catalogue and you know that there should be some, we can add you as a product owner to all or selected products. If you require assistance please submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.

If you need to make changes to user under your supplier account please submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.

To update the EAN or TUN for your product(s), follow these steps:

  1. Download your product list from your SKUlibrary landing page. You can either select individual products or download in bulk by selecting ‘ADD ALL
  2. Click the ‘Download Content’ button in the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Make the necessary updates to the relevant fields in the downloaded Excel file
  4. Submit the updated file through the Bulk Upload Form on the supplier portal page

Note: A product does not require both an EAN and a TUN. Providing at least one of these identifiers is sufficient
