On this page we will publish any recent changes to retailer feeds as well as any known issues with the feeds or systems. To report a new issue, please fill out the form below so that our team can investigate with the retailer.

What is a syndication issue?

Content stored in SKUlibrary is sent to retailer systems systematically after changes are made to the product content. These changes are sent at a frequency determined by the retailer, predominantly on an overnight basis. A syndication issue is when any of the content present in SKUlibrary, that is utilised by the retailer, is not reflecting on their online site within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe differs by retailer.

Partner Hub have introduced new validation for the Health Star Rating field. If HSR is populated, it is mandatory to also populate Health Star Declaration.

Image turnaround times

Image turnaround times for Coles are very slow with processing times often extending well beyond 10 business days. Please submit the form below if you would like us to contact them to prioritise image approvals.

Rework messages

Partner Hub have sent across a bulk load of rework messages in early September regarding “No data has been sent. Data fields are blank.” These appear to have been generated by their system in error. If content is present in SKUlibrary, please disregard for the time being as their team are investigating.

CWH-logo

Wrong image order

There is a known bug on the CWH site and at times a back/side/lifestyle image is appearing as the Hero, the CWH team is currently investigating. In the meantime to fix this issue, please fill out the form below and we will re-send the content to CWH.

Coles-Logo

Old image deletions

Old images which have been removed and not replaced by new images in the same slot are not being deleted from Coles online automatically. For example, if you have an image in Slot 2 in SKUlibrary, present on Coles, then delete it from SKUlibrary, it will not be removed from Coles in the next content feed update. Please submit the form below and we can request for Coles to manually delete the images.

CountdownLogo

Product data

Data is not always flowing to Countdown website as it should due to a bug with one of their system processes. Countdown are investigating a solve and may launch an audit process to check for any data that has been missed to date.

Image deletions

If no image is provided in the feed to overwrite an image already on Countdown, there is a manual process on the Countdown side to delete these images. SKUvantage will be sending weekly updates so that Countdown can check what has/hasn’t been updated. Countdown are working on a better solution.
