| Net Content, UOM | Net content refers to the amount of product contained in a package or container, after accounting for any empty space, packaging material or liquid overlay. It represents the weight, volume, or count of the actual product that a consumer is purchasing. Net content is typically displayed on the label of a product. For example, the net content for a pack of 10x330ml could be 3.3 liters or 10 piece, whereas the net weight would be approximately 3.3kg. The measurement units used for net content can vary depending on the product, but are usually expressed in standard units such as milliliter, liter, gram, kilogram, piece or pair. Input a value in ONE column (N-S). Who is Sodexo?
Sodexo is a food services and facilities management solution provider within the energy & resources industry in Australia. Sodexo operates retail convenience stores as part of their operation in remote mine sites across Australia.
Why do I keep receiving emails from [email protected] stating that I have products awaiting enrichment?
This is because Sodexo sell your products in their retail stores across mine regions in Australia and you have been added to the Sodexo catalogue in SKUlibrary. You are requested to provide your product data so that Sodexo can continue to sell your products.
I do not have any direct business relationship with Sodexo, so why do they need this data?
While you may not be working directly with Sodexo, they currently source your products through wholesale channels such as Metcash, The Distributors Group, Perth Health, etc., and sell them in their convenience stores located in remote mining regions across Australia.
Sodexo are in the process of updating their retail planograms, and without the requested information, Sodexo will be unable to include your brands and products in the updated range layouts, which could result in the removal of your brand from the retail range.
What if we don’t provide this data to Sodexo?
If the required information is not submitted Sodexo will be unable to include your brands/products in their retail planograms, which may result in removal from their retail range.
Why are you requesting inner/carton products?
Sodexo uses shelf-friendly packaging and requires the dimensions for the in-store planograms.
How do I add new products?

How do I remove a user from or add another user to my account?
If you would like to add a user to your SKUlibrary portal for Sodexo, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide the user’s email address and your company’s name to ensure the user is added under the correct supplier name.
What is the time frame for this request?
Sodexo require this data ASAP.
I am a hosting client, how do I send my data to Sodexo?
Please ensure that you complete the following steps:
Select Sodexo under the retailer visibility field in your hosting catalogue.
World Region must be set to AU.
Catalogue Visibility to ANY.
Ensure the online date has occurred and the offline date is set for the future.
I am a hosting client, a requested product is not in my hosting catalogue. How does Sodexo receive my data?
The managed services team will be in contact with you and they will provide a file for you to complete and revert. If you would like access to the Sodexo catalogue, please inform the team so they can add you as a multi-user.
