What is SKUlibrary?
SKUlibrary is a platform designed to simplify the capturing of product content from suppliers, in line with retailer requirements.
In SKUlibrary, you can enrich and update your product content to Sigma’s requirements, for them to feature on their online site.

Product Content Requirements
Image Requirements:
- Sigma Healthcare requires 3 Product images (Front, back and side of pack)
- Images must meet the below requirements to be uploaded:
- Minimum image size – 1000px
- Be saved with a portrait or square layout
- Be saved as .jpg (not .jpeg)
- Be optimised for the web (72 dpi)
- Be placed on a full white background
- Show the product in its defined UOM

How do I add new products?
Sigma Healthcare send us master data for products that they are requesting content for, and these will be the products you can see when you log in. We can certainly ask them if they can provide additional products in SKUlibrary, although we won’t be able to give you a timeline on if they will approve this request, or when the products will be available.
How do I delete products?
To delete new products, please submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.
Why can’t I see all products in our catalogue?
If you can’t see products in your catalogue and you know that there should be some, please submit a ticket at the bottom of this page and we will check your access.
How do I remove or add a user to my account?
If you need to make changes to users under your account please submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.
Can I upload my content in bulk?
Yes! We can assist in uploading images or data in bulk on your behalf. Please ensure images are named to product code, barcode or a similar identifier so we can upload them to the correct product. You can submit your content for bulk upload via the bulk upload form above.
